Carole Cain
Carole Cain is a South Australian contemporary abstract artist. Utilising acrylic on canvas, she balances the work she produces between pieces with structured lines and geometrics and those with flowing, instinctual and intentional, splashes and markings. A lover of colour, her pieces are often bright and absorbing. Carole is most inspired by thoughtfully considering the eventual owner and forever home during the creation of each piece.
As this collection was created in collaboration with Contemporary Connoisseur, each piece was therefore guided in its conception by Shantala’s energy, brief for colourful geometrics and the meaningfulness of utilising South Australian streets, products and human connections.
