Playful, hand-blown glass that elevates the everyday. Adelaide-based glass artist Danielle Rickaby explores the preciousness of the natural world through colourful vessels and sculptural forms designed to be used, admired and kept.

A graduate of the University of South Australia (Visual Arts, Glass), Danielle trained as an Associate at JamFactory’s Glass Studio, learning alongside internationally acclaimed artists including Dante Marioni, Katherine Gray and Tom Rowney. She has been recognised with the Australian Decorative & Fine Arts Society Prize and the Youth Award at the Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize.

Her work translates textiles, sweets and everyday motifs into bright, optimistic glass that celebrates nature, colour and the poetry of daily life.
