At Contemporary Co, every order is carefully packed to protect the handcrafted pieces inside.

We also offer a Breakage-Free Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange.

Dispatch

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 48 business hours.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces have longer lead times, which are shown on the relevant product page.

Marea pendant lighting is made to order. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production prior to dispatch.

Standard Shipping - Australia

  • Orders under $150 - $15
  • Orders $150 and over - FREE

Free shipping excludes Marea pendant lighting and other items requiring specialised freight.

Express Shipping

  • Orders under $100 - $25
  • Orders over $100 or larger items - $45

Marea Pendant Lighting

A flat $80 Packaging, Insurance & Courier fee applies to Australian orders containing Marea lighting.

This includes specialist protective packaging, FedEx fragile courier service and transit insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is available by quotation.

Please contact us for pricing and estimated delivery times. International Marea orders require a custom freight quotation.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for store credit where:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is not custom-made, personalised or made to order

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging.
