Due to an ongoing shortage of the distinctive deep-veined Sassafras traditionally used by HASA and the increasing cost of sourcing this rare timber, HASA is no longer producing the knife in this wood.
Left-Handed and Right-Handed Bread Knife
The Fiddle Bow Bread Knife can be used by both right-handed and left-handed bakers.
Each knife includes a stainless steel serrated blade that can be removed and reversed using a screwdriver, allowing the knife to be converted for left-handed use.
