About the Author
Karina Dias Pires is a Brazilian-born Australian writer, photographer, and creative director. She began her career as a copywriter in Belo Horizonte in 1995, later working in São Paolo, London, and now Sydney. She is also the creative director of House of Six, a textile business creating handwoven homewares. Artists at Home is her first book, where she brings together her talents as both author and photographer.
