Product Story
-
Algorithms are the building blocks of the digital world - and each Brick is a physical manifestation of this concept - digitally generated by an algorithm that creates a series of random connections across a structured grid. The resulting forms all follow the same pattern of construction but are each individual and unique in their detailing. A closer look into each piece reveals its’ digital fingerprint - a product of the 3D printing process that materialised this piece into the glass.
Each brick was 3D printed from PLA, made into a plaster investment mould, cast from glass and hand polished..
