Huon Pine offers soft golden tones, Myrtle has rich reddish hues, Sassafras varies from pale cream to bold black streaks, and Blackwood brings depth and warmth. No two are ever the same, making every piece a one-of-a-kind addition to your kitchen. Every knife comes with a stainless steel serrated blade that can be removed and reversed to create a left-handed knife with just a screwdriver. The handle is ergonomically shaped, pre-oiled and ready to use, and the full length measures 35cm with a 22cm blade. Made by Maureen and Ron from HASA Tasmania, these are the original Fiddle Bow Bread Knives. They were the first to bring this design to Australia in 1999, and while you may see others on the market, these are the authentic originals, still handmade by the people who pioneered the craft.
